Bina Yumanto is an experienced Advocate and legal consultant who is also actively involved in academia. He holds academic qualifications in both law and accounting, and has earned a Master of Laws degree. With this multidisciplinary background, Bina brings a high level of expertise in handling legal and tax matters, both in administrative and litigation settings.

Before establishing his independent practice, Bina served for over two decades at the Directorate General of Taxes, where he handled tax audits, criminal tax investigations, and contributed to the development of regulatory policies. He was also appointed as a Civil Servant Investigator (PPNS) under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, with in-depth expertise in legal research, legal drafting, criminal procedure law, investigative procedures, forensic accounting, and tax law.

In addition to his legal practice, Bina is also known for his dedication to education and public engagement. He regularly lectures, speaks at seminars, and serves as an expert witness in court proceedings. His commitment to the legal field is further demonstrated through various advocacy initiatives and legal aid services provided to the community.
